Last week Ryan Thomas and Hollis Austin were back to present "Mash Up II" on Tuesday night for Beer School. "Mash Up I" was such a success that they decided to put their drinking caps on one more time to come up with some excellent combinations of craft beers mixed together. In "Mash Up II" craft beers from Goose Island, New Albanian, Bells, Southern Tier, Sierra Nevada, Two Brothers, Lexington, Kentucky Brewing, North Coast and Founders came together to create some brand-new favorites!

This week our friends from Flat 12 Bierwerks in Indianapolis will be presenting their craft beers. Flat 12 was Yogi's latest "Tap Takeover". Last Friday afternoon, Flat 12 and Yogi's featured eight drafts from the Indianapolis brewery:

Reservations are not necessary but the sooner you get here, the better seat you will get. Remember, it's important to warm up before "class" starts so get there early and have a couple to whet yer whistle! The presentation is conveyed over a public address system so you'll be able to hear the entire presentation. If you can't make it right at seven, no sweat, we welcome all patrons throughout the hour-long "class".
